The Von Duprin ELRK electric latch retraction conversion kit makes it easy to add remote unlocking to your existing Von Duprin 33/35 and 98/99 Series exit devices.  With this retro-fit kit you can bypass the expense and time involved with installing maglocks, and you don't have to waste your investment in your existing panic hardware by replacing it with a completely new electrified Von Duprin exit device.  It's why the EL kit is a really smart way to go when you are transitioning an exit door to an electrified opening with access control.  Well written instruction with simple to follow diagrams are provided to complete the installation of the EL kit.  You'll need a power supply, and current transfer device — electrified hinge, power transfer, or flex loop — to move the power from the door frame, to the door and into the solenoid of the ELRK.
