    Free consultation with one of our security experts

    To determine which GoKeyless locks work best for your unique security needs, we'll review all potential options and identify the optimal solutions. In addition, we consider your budget and time restraints and recognize that both time and cost-efficiency are essential parts of the process. Whether you prefer online communication or a phone call, our team is here to offer guidance and answer any questions you have about our products.

    Physical or virtual site walkthrough

    From residential homes to sprawling corporate complexes, our team can perform a walkthrough evaluation virtually or in person. Our experienced product experts know which security vulnerabilities to look for and can recommend and engineer products for your specific requirements.

    System design

    Complex security needs require tailored strategies. If you could benefit from engineering expertise that provides custom solutions, your Account Executive will work with our Customer Success team to facilitate your system's design and product installation.

    Statement of work

    After identifying the products and installation services required for the project, the Account Executive will provide the customer with a legally-binding document outlining and defining all the work management aspects of the project, including deliverables and timelines.

    Prepare a quote and present for approval

    After determining which products and installation services you'll need, a member of our Account Executive team will provide a comprehensive proposal and a quote for the project. We will not begin any work on your property until you approve the pricing and scope of work.

    Place an order

    After receiving customer approval, we will move forward and process the order. The Customer Success team will then manage the project, inform the customer of lead times, updates, and scheduling, and help oversee change orders and installation.

    Training and support

    Once you've purchased and installed your GoKeyless products, our training and support staff ensures they perform up to standard.
