Crafted for years of use, this 14 guage heavy-duty steel box is designed to accomodate the Trine EN-400 electric strike.  Box is for welding into iron rod and steel, gate and fence posts, which typically are not fabricated to accept an electric strike.  Suited for applications where the gate door needs to be released remotely or as part of an access control system.  You may want to buzz a visitor in from an intercom station, or authorize safe passage upon a valid credential being entered at the gate keypad or card reader.
