The Oracode 660G Remote Access Controller provides access control for special entrances or any other door requiring an electric strike or electro-magnetic lock. Mount the keypad in a convenient location, such as beside an elevator call button or within a driver’s reach at the parking garage entrance. You can set up parking garages to use the RAC to grant or deny access when users enter a code so that only authorized users can enter according to their privileges. The keypad is connected to the controller box which is usually concealed behind a wall or in a utility space with a key-locked cover to prevent tampering. The controller maintains user information along with an audit trail and features programmable access times and emergency unlocking of doors when signaled by a fire alarm. The controller also offers flexible time zones for greater customization for controlling access to public areas by staff and guests.
