I’m very disappointed with this lock. The description says nothing about the exposed screws that are on the inside keypad. Even the picture on the website doesn’t show the right photo of the inside lock. The lock can be compromised simply by removing four screws and disassembling the lock. Very disappointed, false advertising.
We have purchased this product twice and it has failed us twice. It has issues with not opening once the code is entered. The handle will not turn. Employees were getting locked in and out of the gate. This happened less than a year after installation. It was a lot of money to spend on a product that does not hold up as promised. Big disappointment.
Products were very nicely packed' so they were received in good order. Shipping was very prompt' so I was very pleased with the short period between the time my order was place and the product was shipped. The product itself is excellent and met or exceeded all of my expectations' based on the product description.
