These Mifare 1K RFID key fobs are a form of key media readable by the Saflok System 6000 and Saflok RFID locks. More durable than mag-stripe keys, these key fobs only need to come in close proximity to the encoder and lock reader. This cuts down on the time for issuing new keys, and lets guests enjoy their visit with virtually zero door issues. As a memory and/or smart credential, the key fob is able to store information. This is useful for integrating with point-of-sale systems so guests don't have to carry cash around, and for tracking employees.
