Distribute among employees, members, or visitors to control access.  These proximity credentials are an excellent choice for restricting admittance via cards.  Compared to magstripe cards, proximity cards store larger amounts of data for greater flexibility.  There is no magnetic stripe to lose its magnetism or become dirty, thus prohibiting an individual authorized to have access from being able to enter.  Compatible with our Linear (formerly IEI) prox card readers, including the ProxPad and ProxPad Plus, allowing you to combine PIN control and card control, for maximum security.  This way it is not only what the employee knows, but also what they have on them, that will grant them approval at the door.  Each card is uniquely secured and identified by means of a facility code and bit rate number.  You will enter this information into your Hub Manager professional software to enroll your users, and establish their access rights.  This data is then communicated down to the proximity reader via your MiniMax 3, HubMax II, or Max 3 access controller.  When the user presents their unique card, the prox reader will either grant or deny based on the user's access permissions.
